We often think it has to be a huge goal, a huge shift, a huge definition and sometimes it’s a subtle shift or a baby step. It’s ok to acknowledge being stuck, feeling struggle, it’s important to not land there and live. Acknowledging what exists in our current stories and beliefs that does not serve us is helpful.
