Somewhere we got the idea that there’s a timeline that we’re not keeping up with, we’re ahead or behind it, or we’ve missed it all together. Cat encourages listeners to erase the idea of some mystical timeline that we’re chasing and recognize it’s arbitrary, even imagined. Where we find ourselves to day is, in fact, where we are for some purpose and being present to it with acceptance helps to shift the pressure.

Life is a journey and there’s not just one place to be, there are many stops along the way that vary in length and impact. Our journey is what it is and each day we get to choose what little shifts we want to make. Reinvention isn’t one grand sweeping gesture, it’s following the little whispers in our spirit that draw our attention to something.
