Claire is on a mission to connect the creatively stifled with the creatively confident to help them find their creative expression. She believes anyone can go from creatively suppressed to the freedom of expression. Oftentimes people think they are not creative because they don’t draw or paint but creativity is so much more. Claire wants to encourage listeners to be creative in their own way.

There are so many avenues to express creativity like gardening, home decorating, flower arranging, writing, dancing, cooking. Creativity found in every day activities that bring you joy and allow you to express yourself in a way that feels good. There is a therapeutic value to creating, it helps us release stress and worry. It can replace those feelings with peace, joy, and a restful mind.

The beauty of Claire’s purpose is that it’s not about how whatever you choose to do turns out, it’s about the learning to lean in and just enjoy the process of being creative. As adults we often lose touch with play and creativity so Claire built a community online that allows adults to tap back in.

She encourages listeners to know that they are not the only one feeling creatively challenged, there are others who feel the same way. Her community is a safe place to connect with others who understand where you’re at and will support you. And the best part? There are no expectations of outcome, just the joy of leaning in, being curious and allowing play to become a part of your life.
