Today on Feminine Roadmap we’re talking about intuitive eating and body peace with Lisa Dahl.

Lisa is an intuitive eating and body image health coach. She is on a mission to help people break the myth that they are broken or have to be in thinner bodies to be healthy or live full, happy lives. Lisa has learned through her own experience that food has no moral value and that we are neither good nor bad because of what we eat.

She explains that as we understand that every body is different, has different needs and that food is just a messenger, we can begin to shift away from judgement to acceptance. In this episode she lays out her five pillars to body peace and food freedom that empower listeners to stop punishing themselves around food and physical size.

She encourages listeners to challenge their inner food police, to question the words they use when speaking about themselves, and begin to build self compassion.
