Today on Feminine Roadmap, guest Annie Evans talks about how to develop bounce back muscles so you can transcend the setbacks and obstacles of life as well as triumph over tragedies. Annie shares the steps she took to overcome a tragic loss in her 20’s in order to rebuild her life and move forward. Her experience taught her that fear can often stop us from moving forward and how we think about what has happened to us impacts what we believe we can do about it. Once she realized that she could survive anything, that change and struggle is going to happen to all of us, she was able to make the mental and physical changes necessary to get her life back on track. Now at 69 years old Annie has looked back over the years of joy and pain, struggle and success to glean the steps she has used many times to develop her bounce back muscles. Those muscles have enabled her to not get flattened by the trials of life but to be able to get up, move forward, and continue to create the life she dreamed of. This is a timely conversation about overcoming challenges and getting quicker at recovery.
