Today on Feminine Roadmap, Gina talks about how she has been navigating her midlife journey. Recently encouraged by a friend to do a solo podcast to share what she’s been going through and how she has been working through it all, Gina settled on the topic that has been her constant challenge for the past year and a half- overwhelm. Overwhelm by definition is to “bury or drown beneath a huge mass” which Gina believes is a common feeling many of us have in midlife. For many of us it is a season of transitions- jobs, marriages, hormones, children, health, moving, aging parents to name just a few- and it can be very overwhelming to figure out how to navigate it all. Instead of drowning under the weight, Gina wanted to share what strategies she has been utilizing to combat overwhelm and the stress that comes with it.
